Granted, he does have some issues. These issues, in fact, that have put him in a very precarious position.
He desperately needs a home.
He has been adopted twice and has come back both times. Foster homes have been numerous and well meaning, but they, too, have been unable to meet his needs.
Now, it seems he has run out of options.
